Abstract

177,513. Haupt, H. March 26, 1921, [Convention date]. Belt fastenings.-A spiked-plate belt fastening comprises a " lattice " shaped plate a having two or more rows of teeth b on each side of the centre line, the teeth being bent down in the directions of pull of the belt ends. Specification 5890/93 is referred to. The Specification, as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a), comprises also a belt fastening in which the teeth are bent down from a " grate " shaped plate, as shown in Fig. 1 (Cancelled). This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
