Brackets, adjusting and securing.-A bracket 1 or bracket socket is formed with short lug numbers 4, loosely engaging the flanged head of a vertical support 2 of T-section, and an undercut projection 6 adapted to engage one of a series of holes in the vertical support. The bracket may be provided with a pair of lateral guides below the lugs 4. The vertical support may comprise a wooden upright fitted with a front metal plate, the upright being cut away to allow the lugs 4 to engage behind the metal plate.
