Stationary-cutter apparatus.-In order to adjust the scoring-roller C of a machine having a bar A to which the cutter-holder B is secured by the screw B<2>, it is held between plates D pivoted at D<4> and furnished with an extension D<3x> which bears against a bell-crank E as shown. The other face of this bell-crank is acted upon by a set-bolt E<2>, which regulates the adjustment of the roller C against the action of the spring F.
