Air tubes and chambers.-The air-chamber of a pneumatic tyre is formed in sections a each fitted with nipples b, d leading to continuous inflation and deflation passages c, e respectively around which the sections a are arranged as shown. The valve-stem f has a passage g fitted with a removable inflating-valve i, and a deflation passage h closed by a screw-cap k.
