Abstract
165,410. Noeggerath, J. E. June 23, 1920, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Hydrostatic apparatus.-The effect of viscosity set up between two surfaces in relative move. ment is utilized in weighing-apparatus. The table of the weighing-machine is supported upon a viscous substance which is contained within cylinders and may be placed under pressure by the rotation of helically grooved bodies within the cylinders. A gauge indicates the weight as a direct reading on a scale.
