Abstract
164,857. Brampton, F. W. March 17, 1920. Flooring blocks or tiles of wood have their undersurfaces coated with a bitumastic compound and sprinkled with sand before the coating dries to render the surface rough. The blocks may then be laid on wet cement to which the sand will adhere. The undersurface of the block may be grooved to give additional holding grip. Specification 162,854 is referred to.
