Abstract

Covers for exposed seats and occupants.-In seat covers of the kind comprising a pivoted frame, normally spring-pressed to cover the seat, but adapted to be raised against the back when the seat is required for use, two or more such frames 6 are mounted upon a single rod 5 extending the whole length of the seat, each cover protecting the portion of seat to be occupied by one person, and each frame is separately controlled by coil springs 8 surrounding the rod. A folded mackintosh apron 10 may be stored between each pivoted cover 7 and the seat 1.
