Springs, arrangement of, and mounting bodies on.- In a vehicle spring-suspension of the type in which a guide at each end of the axle and outside the wheel has a supporting spring located on each side of it, the springs bear upon a member supported between them and adapted to rock about its support. As shown, the axle box A slides between the usual horn-plates on a frame member C and supports two leaf springs D arranged so that their ends bear against flats E<4> on pins E mounted at their mid-points in the frame member C so that thev can rotate and rock slightly in their mountings.
