Abstract

161,689. Davidson, J. Jan. 15, 1920. Fish preparations.-Livers are extracted from cod and other fish and, while still fresh, are minced fine and mixed with the minced flesh or roes of the fish in about the proportion of 10 per cent of liver and 90 per cent of flesh or roes. The mixture is cooked in and hermetically sealed in a glass or tin container with or without the addition of such flavouring-materials as tomato sauce, pepper, nutmeg, and herbs.
