Reservoir pads. - In a damper for moistening gummed surfaces &c., comprising a pad c' of felt filling up the lower orifice of a rubber tube a containing liquid, the surfaces of the felt inside the tube are treated with a waterproof coating and a small puncture is made at c in the end of the felt presented to the liquid. Through the puncture a few fibres are caused to protrude thereby preventing the hole from closing.
