Abstract

The apparatus serves for the conveying, stacking and bundling of, for example, electric motor laminations in a correct manner as regards the punched pattern. The laminations are punched out of a step-fed strip of material by means of a high-speed cutting or punching press (10). The punched-out laminations (25) are carried away by a stacking well (23) arranged immediately behind the die (16) of the cutting tool and by adjoining guide rails (24). A composite material (19) is carried along in the region of the guide rails (24) or of the stacking well (23) by automatically operating contact elements (17) and a dispensing magazine (18). The laminations (25) pass from the stacking well (23) through the contact elements (17) into the guide rails (24) in a correct manner as regards the punched pattern and in continuous contact with one another in one continuous strand, being joined together by the composite material (19). They can be bundled at the end. <IMAGE>
