Abstract

Brackets, securing.-Articles are secured to a perforated metal track by means of extensions on the article to be secured in conjunction with a metal strip which is passed from the front through perforations in the track so that it lies mainly behind the same and is fixed by means of a screw passing through the said extension and the track into a threaded hole in the metal strip. The preferred form of strip is shown in plan and side view in Figs. 2 and 3. It is bent at its ends c<1>, c<2> and has an end c<1> widened out. A threaded hole is formed at c'. The article b to be secured is placed on the perforated track a in a suitable position with its lugs b<1> lying over the perforations and a metal strip c is passed through a hole above the lug and guided behind the track into a hole beneath the lug. A screw d is then passed through the lug into the threaded hole in the metal strip.
