Dust caps for tyre valves.-A dust cap of the type described in Specifications 137,066 and 137,067 secured by spring arms compressed by a turning movement of the cap to engage a threaded member, has the spring arms formed in a sleeve arranged inside and screwed to the cap. In the form shown, the spring arms D, which have inwardly bent ends, are stamped from a sleeve provided with a part E adapted to non- rotatably engage the threaded valve stem and with a threaded part F to engage the cap A'. The lower end of the cap has a tapered shoulder H adapted when the cap is moved relatively to the sleeve to compress the spring arms into contact with the threads. In a modification, the tapered surface is arranged above the spring arms.
