1536311 Aircraft air-cushion landing gear A Y BELOLIPETSKY P A LEVOCHKIN I I JURKOVSKY and L V KOLOMIETS 2 Nov 1976 45416/76 Heading B7K An aircraft air-cushion landing gear comprises a skirt assembly having inner and outer sections, the outer section comprising an outer wall 7, a partition wall 9, and a bottom wall defining inner and outer communicating spaces 11, 10, and the inner section comprising separate radial sections 13 defined by toroidal skirts 14 and radial partitions 17. The radial sections 13 communicate via one-way valves 18 for the passage of pressurized air from rearward sections into forward sections as the aircraft pitches up for take-off.
