1535996 Tyre and wheel rim assemblies CONTINENTAL GUMMI-WERKE AG 4 March 1976 [7 March 1975] 8640/76 Heading B7C In a pneumatic tyre and wheel rim assembly the tyre has a radially outwardly convex body 3 terminating in beads 6 engaging against the axially outer surfaces of flanges 18 of the rim, a tread band 7 being mounted centrally on the body 3 and having a thickness at least equal to the radial distance between a line joining the radially outer extremities of the rim flanges and the radially outer surface of a central cylindrical portion of the rim.
