Abstract

1534600 Loading sacks into a vehicle LE MONTE-VITE SA 18 Oct 1976 [27 Oct 1975] 43147/76 Heading B8E Bags, &c. are stacked in a vehicle V by the action of a belt conveyer Fl carried by a boom Fla above the floor of the vehicle. Each bag lands on a platform Pt6 and can be left in a position B or can be moved to either of two lateral positions by means of a fence of pusher members PG. These are displaced along slots Ptb in the platform by the action of a conveyer chain Ch (Fig. 3, not shown), or belt (Fig. 4, not shown). Each bag can be pushed into a forwards position by pivotally displacing the platform to the dot-dash-line position.
