Abstract

The machine to load sacks into a lorry consists of a trolley and a frame which can raise or lower a main conveyor. There is an inclined small conveyor positioned at the end of the main conveyor, this second conveyor depositing the sacks. The sacks are deposited in a line on the floor of the vehicle by moving the trolley backwards. a movement to the side by the conveyor permits a line to be laid beside the first. After completion of a layer the conveyor is moved upwards to start a second and subsequent layer.
