Abstract

1531587 Magnetic articles MUANYAGIPARI KUTATO INTEZET 11 Nov 1976 46948/76 Headings C3R C3B and C3V [Also in Division H2] An armature for a dynamo-electric machine or a magnet comprises a coil system on a planar carrier which itself comprises a plastics or ceramics material in which soft magnetic material is dispersed, this material comprising 2-50% by weight. The following magnetic materials are specifled: iron; alloys containing iron with Ni, Cr, Mo or Si, simple and mixed ferrites containing oxides of Ni, Zn, Mn, Cu, Li, Mg, Co. The non-magnetic material may be: (a) a thermoplastic synthetic resin; (b) a polyester resin; (c) an epoxy resin; (d) a thermoplastic resin of polycondensation type; (e) P.T.F.E. Specific examples given are (a) MnFe 2 O 4 in an epoxy resin formed by condensation of epichlorhydrine and novolak resins; (b) CuFe 2 O 4 in polyester resin formed from propylene glycol and phthalic acid in styrene as solvent; (c) CoFe 2 O 4 in phenol/formaldehyde copolymer; (d) CoNiZnFe 2 O 4 in copolyamide; (e) CuFe 2 O 4 in P.T.F.E.; (f) iron in Al 2 O 3 + SiO 2 in p.v.a.; (g) NiFe 2 O 4 in Al 2 O 3 +ZrO 2 in p.v.a.
