Abstract

1530025 (Un)stacking apparatus TEBEL MACHINEFABRIEKEN BV 25 March 1976 19187/77 Divided out of 1530024 Heading B8C Prior to pressing cheese in moulds stacked on a pallet in a plurality of columns, the moulds are loaded on to and unloaded from the pallet in a station comprising four columns 17 defining a space for the pallet, strips 19 for moving the bottom of the pallet, and at least one carriage for transferring moulds between a conveyer and the pallet, said carriage having downwardlydependent strips 23 which engage rims 15 on the moulds and which are vertically movable relative to the carriage. As shown the strips 19 engage strips 13 on the pallet bottom for raising and lowering the bottom to enable columns of moulds to be built up or removed. Specifications 1,530,024 and 1,530,026 having similar disclosures are directed to a method of pressing cheese and to the pallet.
