Abstract

1528077 Electronic timepieces DAINI SEIKOSHA KK 15 Oct 1976 [23 Oct 1975] 42967/76 Heading G3T In an electronic timepiece having a quartz crystal controlled oscillator circuit for producing a time standard signal, the crystal has a "turning point temperature" in the range between 14‹C and 18‹C. The turning point temperature is the temperature at which the rate of change of #f/f is zero i.e. the temperature T px in curve B Fig. 2 wherein #f is the frequency deviation of the oscillator between temperatures T px and T px + α. Curve A is in respect of a conventional quartz oscillator in a timepiece.
