1526587 Dielectric ceramic MURATA MFG CO Ltd 28 July 1976 [31 July 1975 (2)] 31345/76 Heading C1J A dielectric ceramic composition for high frequencies consists essentially of 90-99À8 wt. per cent of a basic composition composed of 22-43 wt. per cent of TiO 2 , 38-58 wt. per cent of ZrO 2 , 9-26 wt. per cent of SnO 2 , and 0À2-10 wt. per cent of an additive consisting of C0 2 0 3 . ZnO (up to 7 wt. per cent) may also be present (with 0À2-10 wt. per cent C0 2 0 3 and 83-99À8 wt. per cent of the basic composition). The sintered compositions are suitable for use as dielectric resonators in microwave bandpass filters, or as antennas employed at microwave frequencies or as substrates for microwave circuits.
