Abstract

1524656 Reciprocating pumps FICHTEL & SACHS AG 7 April 1977 [14 April 1976] 14895/77 Heading F1A A radial piston pump comprises spring-loaded, hollow pistons 8 reciprocated in cylinder sleeves 10 each located by a step 11 in a respective housing bore 21, the pistons being reciprocated by an eccentric 2 and drawing liquid from the housing interior via piston ports 20 and discharging the liquid via spring-loaded lift valves 14 seating on the cylinder sleeves and oblique passages 12 connected to a groove 13 in a housing sleeve 24. The cylinder liners are push-fitted in bores 21, and are internally recessed at 22 and externally tapered at 16.
