Abstract

1521647 Processing dough WERNER & PFLEIDERER-HATON BV 4 March 1977 [5 March 1976] 09216/77 Heading B5A A machine includes means 2, 3 for supplying rolls of dough to a conveyer 7 which feeds them to sheeting rolls 8, 9; when the leading end of a sheet reaches a pivoted flap 19 on a reciprocating carriage 12 the carriage is driven to the left causing the rotation of a pinion 21 which tips the flap causing the folding of one end Al, Fig. 3, of the sheets. The trailing end of the sheet passes over a guide 10 and is folded over the end A1. The thus folded sheet is then fed by a conveyer belt 25 on the carriage in a transverse direction to the carriage movement and passes between a belt 28, Fig. 6, and a roller 31 and the resultant sheet is delivered to a rollup device comprising driven rollers 32, 35 in which the roller 35 is pivoted by an arm 36 to the shaft of the roller 32.
