1519387 Producing biscuits or rusks K JOHNSEN 29 Nov 1976 49603/76 Heading A2A A method for the production of hard biscuits or rusks, which in a finished baked and dried condition are divided in layers, wherein a flat piece of dough is stamped out and after having risen, is partially baked in an oven with ventilation flaps of the even closed, whereupon the final baking and simultaneous drying process is carried out at a lower temperature than that of partial baking with the ventilation flaps open, without it being necessary to take out and divide the pieces of dough during the baking period.
