Abstract

1518435 Water dispensing apparatus TECHNISCH BUREAU JONGERIUS BV 11 June 1976 [30 June 1975] 24386/76 Heading B8N [Also in Division G3] Apparatus for dispensing water at a desired temperature, e.g. in bakeries to a dough vat, comprises a vessel 1 from which water is dispensed through an outlet 16 and into which water is supplied through an inlet 13 connected to valve controlled hot 4 and cold 6 water lines. The valves 5, 7 are controlled by a thermostat 10 to open and close alternately although the opening of one valve may be slightly before the closing of the other. A temperature sensitive unit or a pair of sensors 11, 12 in the vessel control the thermostat. A supplementary feed line 8 feeds cold water to the hot water line 4 through an adjustable valve 14. A valve 9 in the supplementary feed line opens and closes synchronously with the hot water line valves 5.
