1516574 Hand grip cutters FABRIQUE D'APPAREILLAGE ELECTRIQUE ET D'ARTICLES METALLIQUES 15 April 1976 [16 April 1975] 15715/76 Heading B4W [Also in Division B3] Plastics tubes are severed, chamfered and grooved simultaneously by means of a cutter arrangement, Figs. 2 and 3, comprising a grooving tool 7, chamfering tool 6, severing tool 5 and rollers 8 and 9 which limit the depth of cut. The cutter arrangements 14, Fig. 4, may be provided, two on one jaw 10 and one on the other jaw 11 of a pair of pincers, the ends of which jaws may also be provided with a punch and die arrangement 18, 17, shown in detail in Fig. 5.
