Abstract

1509282 Hydraulic accumulators FAWCETT ENG Ltd 1 April 1975 [29 March 1974] 13287/75 Divided out of 1509281 Heading F1D A diaphragm assembly for a hydraulic accumulator Fig. 1, comprises a tubular or frustro-conical sleeve 3 to which the outer periphery of the diaphragm 4 is bonded. The sleeve 3 is welded to the two halves of the container 1, 2 at 13, 14. The thickness of the diaphragm varies as shown. Fig. 2, (not shown), illustrates a container of a different shape. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, wedgeshaped pieces 34, 35 are welded between the cylindrical member 33 and the frustro-conical mouths of the portions 31, 32 of the container.
