Abstract

1507757 Ventilators ROCKWELL GOLDE GmbH 31 March 1976 [4 April 1975] 12978/76 Addition to 1435387 Heading F4V [Also in Division B7] In a vehicle roof ventilator of the kind described in parent Specification the rear pivotal connection of the ventilator 3 to the roof is selectively disengageable therefrom so that the whole ventilator may be removed from the roof by sliding forward guides 14 rearwardly and out of engagement with guide rails 13, Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 3 the rear bearing rod 43 is moved to the right, as seen in Fig. 3, by means of knob 55 against spring bias 52 until constricted portions 49, 50 on the rod are aligned with bearing eyes 44, Fig. 5, of rear link levers 18 which are now removed from rod 43 through slits 45.
