Abstract
1501485 D.C. to D.C. converters SP RADIO A/S 27 Oct 1975 [30 Oct 1974] 44143/75 Heading H2F A D.C. to D.C. converter comprises substantially identical converter sections I, II, III each provided with a transformer TR1, TR2, TR3, the D.C. inputs of the sections being connected in parallel and the D.C. outputs of the sections being connected in series. A relatively low D.C. voltage V1 is supplied to the centre tappings of the transformers TR1, TR2, TR3 via fuses F1, F2, F3. Each converter section includes a transistor inverter, the A.C. output of which is rectified by series connected diode bridges D1 D2, D3 to provide a relatively high D.C. output voltage V2.
