Abstract

149,556. Corradi, A. P. de. Oct. 27. 1919. Screw rotors.-Apparatus for utilizing wind power for electrolyzing water comprises a wheel 1 driven by the wind and geared to a dynamo within.a casing which can rotate on roller bearings 3 on a tower 15 under the action of a rudder 5. A door in the casing is accessible by means of ladders 7. Current is conveyed through a rotary coupling to the electrolyzer 11, situated within the base of the tower and supplied with water from a tank 14. Oxygen and hydrogen reservoirs 12, 13 are provided.
