149,270. Nordiska Kullager Aktiebolaget. July 21, 1919, [Convention date]. Ball or roller bearings.-A cage for ball or roller bearings comprises two side rings 1 to which are riveted reduced extension pieces of flattened spacing-pieces 2 having circular shoulders 20 resting in conical seatings in cavities 6 in the rings. The rings 1 may be bevelled at 3 when the rolling bodies are disks which are caused by axial load to take up inclined positions. The flattened surfaces of the parts 2 have cavities 21 corresponding to the curved surfaces of the rolling bodies. A further central recess may be formed so that the rolling body does not bear on this part. The rings are stamped from ring-shaped blanks, and the pieces 2 are formed from cylindrical or other blanks by pressure either longitudinally or transversely to the axis.
