Abstract

1491950 Foundry moulding HITACHI METALS Ltd 18 April 1975 [19 April 1974] 42949/76 Divided out of 1491949 Heading B3G A truck 7 on rails 9 carries two machines each producing flaskless moulds which are transferred by pushers 6, 6a, one for each machine, to pouring lines 1, 1a extending at right angles to the rails. The machines alternately make and deliver the moulds to the lines in succession. When a row of moulds have filled the length of the non-power-driven conveyer of a line the addition of a new mould forces a mould off the other end of the line. The truck may move from one pair of pouring lines to an adjacent pair.
