1489082 Carrier bag pack IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 20 Feb 1975 [12 March 1974] 10898/74 Headings B8K and B8C A pack of carrier bags comprises a plurality of substantially identical carrier bags 1 each as claimed in claim 1 of Specification No. 1,338,934, each bag having in its back panel an aperture spaced from one seamed edge of the bag and substantially at the centre of the length of said edge, and a binding member passing through the aperture in each bag and between the innermost edges or folds 3, 4 of the two front panels and extensions, to secure the bags together substantially in alignment with one another. The binding member may be a string or wire or, as shown, a doubled wire 8 on which the bags are held by removable washers 9.
