Abstract

1487640 Teeth cleaning and gum massaging device 4 P Ltd 19 Dec 1974 [21 Dec 1973] 55312/74 Heading A5R [Also in Division F1] The disclosure is substantially identical to that in Specification 1487639, but the claims are concerned with a dental appliance comprising a liquid pump composed of a working chamber 4, Fig. 2, connected to an outlet pipe 5 and having a motor-driven piston 6 therein, an inlet chamber 2 connected to an inlet pipe 3, and an inlet valve 8, 9 located in a connecting opening between said chambers, the appliance further comprising a liquid reservoir 12, Fig. 1, connected to the inlet pipe, and a spray nozzle 17 connected to the outlet pipe, the liquid reservoir being adapted to be connected by the inlet chamber to an upright open-topped air-vent pipe 19 branched off from the inlet chamber.
