Abstract

1486995 Reglet E T BERG 14 April 1975 [19 April 1977] 15163/75 Heading E1W A reglet 10 comprises a channel section formed by a web 14 and upper and lower flanges 12a, 12b, the channel being closed by an apron 15 having a longitudinal groove 22 in its surface. The reglet is extruded from plastics material and is filled with sealing compound. In use the reglet is attached to form work with j-nails 19, which pass through an extension 16 of the apron, and concrete is cast around the reglet. After removal of the formwork the reglet may be slit open at the longitudinal groove 22 and the lip of a flashing 30 inserted without loss of sealing compound
