1486993 Valves A H ANDERSSON & CO AB 4 Feb 1975 [28 Feb 1974] 4719/75 Heading F2V In a hot and cold water mixing valve the temperature of the mixed water in the outlet 58 is controlled by valves 56<SP>1</SP>, 56<SP>11</SP> actuated by a thermostat 57 and the rate of flow of the hot and cold water is controlled by valves 42. The latter valves are opened by operating a push button 51 to unseat a pilot valve 50 to allow inlet fluid pressure into chamber 47. Thereafter the inlet fluid pressure acts on the piston 44 against the action of spring 48 to regulate the flow. The valve 42 is closed by pulling the button 51 to the right.
