Abstract

1486662 Conveyers for hop-picking machines AGROSTROJ PROSTEJOV NARODNI PODNIK 7 Jan 1975 [8 Jan 1974] 674/75 Heading B8A Load carriers 5 suspended from an endless chain conveyer 1 are bunched together by forming a depending loop respective to each carrier 5. Each of the latter successively regains the normal position on the conveyer when it is drawn by the chain 1 into a guide 16. The inlet to the latter is controlled by a stop 14, connected by a link 12 with a spring-loaded pawl 7. The latter controls the release of each chain link 3 of the chain 1. As the roller 6 of the carrier 5 passes up the guide 16, it lifts a pivoted section 19 of the conveyer rails 4. The chain 1 is braked by a rail loaded by springs 20, 20.
