1486063 Light guides SIEMENS AG 26 Feb 1975 [25 March 1974] 7953/75 Heading G2J A communications cable comprises a plurality of electrical conductors, e.g. copper wires, for narrow-band services, and a plurality of optical conductors, e.g. glass fibres for wide-band services. The fibres may be arranged in groups, each group in a casing which may be differently coloured for each group, and the individual fibres may have differently coloured lacquer coatings. The wires and the fibres are located in a protective sheath.
