1485898 Delay line glass HOYA GLASS WORKS Ltd 16 Dec 1975 [18 Dec 1974] 51392/75 Heading C1M A glass for an ultrasonic delay line comprises, in percent by weight Optionally present may be Al 2 O 3 0-1, As 2 O 3 0-0À5 and/or Sb 2 O 3 0-0À5. The glass preferably has a temperature coefficient of delay time less than 5 Î 10<SP>-6</SP>/‹C. (0-70‹ C.), and a low ultrasonic wave velocity (e.g. not more than 2À59 km./sec.).
