Abstract

148,475. Larraburu, J. April 8, 1916, [Convention date]. Bakers' ovens. - In an externally - heated " travelling " oven, an end fire-place 6 and pairs of side fire-places 25, 24 are arranged beneath the baking- chamber, and communicate with longitudinal flues 8 above it through side upcasts 20, 22, 26, 28, the latter being supplied from the iire - places 24 through longitudinal flues 27. The side flues 8 open at the discharge end of the oven into intermediate flues connected at the opposite end to the chimney. Outlet ports from the baking- chamber lead to a set of flues above the waste-gas flues, which are arranged and connected to the chimney in the same manner. At the outlet end of the oven, the loaves slide down an incline and are discharged through small swinging doors in a casing over the mouth of the oven. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes in detail conveyer mechanism which is identical with that of Specification 148,474. This subject-matter does nnt appear in the Specification as accepted.
