Abstract

1482122 Isomerizing dextrose to levulose CPC INTERNATIONAL Inc 13 Sept 1974 [13 Sept 1973 (2)] 40121/74 Heading C2S [Also in Division C3] Dextrose is isomerized to levulose by (i) bringing a solution of dextrose into contact with an immobilized dextrose composite of dextrose isomerase adsorbed on the surface of a synthetic anion exchange resin (see Division C3) and (ii) reactivating the immobilized dextrose isomerase composite by contacting with fresh dextrose isomerase once a decrease in activity has occurred.
