1474085 Vehicle suspension KOBER MANPAR AG 28 May 1974 [26 May 1973] 23613/74 Heading B7D In a vehicle suspension comprising a pair of wheel suspension arms 7, 8 connected to spindles 5, 6 of polygonal cross-section received in tubes 3, 4 of similar section with rubber spring elements disposed in radial spaces between the spindles and tubes, the tubes 3, 4 are arranged so that the pivot axes of the arms 7, 8 are inclined as they extend away from the centre of the vehicle forwardly by an angle α and downwardly by an angle #. The tubes 3, 4 are mounted on the vehicle floor or on members fixed to the floor, and may be connected as shown by central tube 2 which can support the differential gearing of the vehicle. The inner ends of the spindles 5, 6 may be connected by a torsion bar. The suspension arms may be connected to both ends of the spindles.
