1473142 Radiographic apparatus SIEMENS AG 4 July 1974 [5 July 1973] 29785/74 Heading H5R A radiographic apparatus comprises a support 13 for an X-ray tube 14, a means 11 for detecting the image, e.g. photographic plates or an image amplifier 12, a patient support 16 which is movable relative to the detecting means the said components all being mounted on a common support tube 8 which defines an axis 10 about which they may be rotated in ball bearings 9. The bearings 9 are mounted in a carriage 5 which is adjustable vertically and horizontally over a wall 1. Radiographic plates 23 can be fed and returned via the interior of tube 8 from magazines 24, 25, 26 and to a receiving magazine 27.
