1471580 Seals HALL & HALL Ltd 8 July 1975 [15 July 1974] 31281/74 Headings F2T and F2B In a sealing ring assembly comprising a sealing ring 2, a separate bearing ring 12 and a support ring 8, the support ring has projecting lips 8a, 8b the lip at the outer periphery being of greater axial length than that at the inner periphery. The ring assembly may have mirror image components 9a, 9b, 13. The bearing rings may be of steel phosphor bronze, the supporting rings of acetal resin or nylon and the sealing ring of nitrile rubber.
