1470805 Copy camera J R DENNER 20 May 1975 [22 May 1974] 22978/74 Addition to 1395001 Heading G2A In the copy camera of the parent which has a pivotable arm 1 to effect coupled movement of the objective and original, the arm may be (a) manually rotatable and/or (b) modified to effect coupled movement of the objective and original through the medium of cables 18 and 25 which are attached to respective stationary anchor points in the camera and are passed round first respective rollers 21 and 28, of the same diameter, at or adjacent to the axis of rotation of arm 1, second respective rollers 4 and 5 on arm 1, and third respective rollers 24 and 94, acting as stationary bearing points, which subtend a substantial angle at the axis of rotation of the arm. The cables thereafter pass over respective pulleys to effect rotation of drive shafts 30 and 62, which operate as in the parent. Manual rotation of arm 1 may be effected by means of a cable 10 and spring 9. The operative length of the cables may be adjusted by means of pulleys 17, 17' and 17", blocks 14, 14 and 14", and screw rods 15, 15' and 15". The periphery of rollers 21 and 28 may be at the axis of rotation of arm 1. Rollers 4 and 5 may be of variable position or diameter.
