Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate effect due to the bending of wire material during the winding by arranging two rotary pulleys and a winding drum in such a manner that the two pulleys move both horizontally and vertically with respect to the winding drum.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is composed of a winding drum 2 supported with a hydraulic booster 11 and a stand 5, a transverser body 7 adapted to move horizontally with a screwed shaft 6 and a transverser T mounted to the body 7 and provided with first and second rotary pulleys 9 and 10 through an arm 8. When winding a cable 1, the winding drum 2 approaches the second rotary pulleys 9 and 10 like a letter S and then, rotated in the diredtion opposite to the second rotary pulley 10. This enables the bending of the cable 1 to be eased so much that the positional relation with the winding drum can be adjusted freely. Thus, winding is enabled in a good alignment.
