1463081 Milk delivery float CROMPTON ELECTRICARS Ltd 6 Aug 1974 [19 Sept 1973] 44054/73 Heading B7B Load carrying areas can be reached from the rear and sides of the float, from a central gangway 20 and from a front access platform 16. A guard rail 22 prevents the load on the area 19 from pitching forwards. The driver's cab 11 has an access opening (which may have a door) leading to the platform 16. The cab may be modified to have a door on its road side. In order to provide protection for groceries on the area 19, the side of the float between near side pillars 13 and 15 may be closed by means which extend over part of the front of the float.
