Abstract

1456248 Seals E J BROOKS CO 5 Dee 1973 [10 Sept 1973] 23467/76 Divided out of 1456247 Heading B6P A seal comprises a stranded cable 70 having a stop member 72 at one end and a first fastener portion 74 at the other end, and a second fastener portion 88 for attachment to the first fastener portion to form therewith a second stop member. In operation, the first fastener portion is passed through loops 84 on a railway truck (for example) and a second fastener portion is applied thereto to prevent the cable from being withdrawn. The first and second fastener portions are as described and claimed in the Specification 1,456,247.
