Abstract

1455618 Hydraulic systems for harvesters ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 22 Aug 1974 [31 Aug 1973] 36988/74 Heading A1F [Also in Division Fl] The circuit shown automatically maintains sufficient pressure in a chamber 15 of a lifting ram, by means of an accumulator 41, to ensure that a cutter table of a combine harvester does not dig into the ground even if the control valve 18 is held in the lower position. A relief valve 34 closes at the minimum pressure required to hold the table as shown. When'the table is raised the valve 34 opens. If the valve 18 is moved to the lower position, pump connection 19 is connected to post 26 thus opening a pilot controlled check-valve 32 so that oil can return to the sump until the valve 34 closes.
