1454532 Making pipe unions BRYCE BERGER Ltd 28 Jan 1974 [13 Feb 1973] 7113/73 Heading B3A A method of forming a pipe union comprising a body portion 10, a first bore 12 terminating at an end wall within the body portion, and a second bore 13 of smaller diameter than the first bore extending from the wall comprises machining the first and second bores and subsequently pressing the end wall to form a radiused undercut or groove about its periphery. The first bore 12 is provided with a tapered portion 12 and an external screw thread.
